February reading

Carol O'Connell, Crime School
These just keep getting better and better. Mallory is fascinating.

David Hewson, A Season for the Dead
First in the Nic Costa series, set in Rome. Went on a bit long, but entertaining.

Gillian Roberts, A Hole in Juan
Not the best in the series, or maybe I just wasn't in the mood for a cozy.

Carol O'Connell, Dead Famous
Another stellar Mallory.

Heather Terrell, The Chrysalis
Reviewed this for Library Journal, will be published in April. A very entertaining thriller about a lawyer who gets involved in a case involving art stolen by the Nazis. Along with the present day story, she also tells the story of the family who owned the painting and also the story of the 17th century painter.

Jo Bannister, Requiem for a Dealer
Latest in the Brodie Farrell series, ok, not great (some silly plot elements)

Dana Stabenow, A Deeper Sleep
Latest in the Kate Shugak series; it's always good to see Kate
